I took acai cleanse for a month to lose 4 bs so my clothes fit better! I didn’t change my earting habits at all but ate healthily anyway. I lost 6lbs in one month. Nothing really. I felt more lively when I was taking them and that’s a good thing! I had slight constipation for the first week but that soon passed.
